Requirements

We want all our students to aim high and it is important for students to have a realistic understanding of their potential and to embark on courses in which they have a good chance of success.

For these reasons, and to have a Sixth Form place guaranteed, students must have achieved the following:

  • Five GCSE passes at grade 4 or above, including English and mathematics.
  • Grade 6 or above in the subjects chosen for Sixth Form study.
  • Students must meet each course’s specifics requirements, which are detailed below.
  • A good record of attendance, punctuality and behaviour whilst at Trinity or elsewhere and a positive recommendation from the Year 11 Senior Tutor or Assistant Head.
  • Before Sixth Form studies begin, to have signed the ‘Sixth Form Learning Agreement’ which clarifies expectations and ensures our continued belief in partnership work.
